Antique Toy "Moon Face" Sparkler, German, circa 1920

Description

Antique original Tin toy depicting a "moon face" that when operated displays an active light show with sparks flying and appearing in the mouth and eyes of the figure.
It is spring loaded and works by pressing on the bottom plunger one time; the ratchet and sprockets engage spinning the reverse dials creating the action. Great condition; spins great but the sparklers are not working.
The spring shows ware but works fine. (See photo #6)
Clearly identified as "Made in Germany" on the reverse side, circa 1920. All original with no repairs. Dimensions: 4 3/4" high x 2 1/4" wide x 1 1/4" deep.
